Yamaha Golf-Car Company is introducing a variety of new products and announcing some key business developments at the PGA Show in Orlando:

First, the UMAX Li, which features a maintenance-free lithium battery, and offers more efficient charging and a longer driving range.

Second, a strategic and unique agreement with Pilotcar Otomotiv to become the exclusive distributor for Pilotcar-branded low speed vehicles (LSVs) in North America.

Founded in 2011 and based in Turkey, Pilotcar Otomotiv is an established manufacturer of high-quality, street-legal, LSVs. Pilotcar entered the United States in 2018. Beginning Q1 2025, Yamaha Golf-Car Company will conduct exclusive wholesale operations for Pilotcar-branded LSVs and offer two 2025 Pilotcar® models in various configurations. The PC2 will be available in a 2+2 seating configuration with lifted suspension in black, white and blue. The PC4 will be available in a 4+2 seating configuration in white and a 4+2 with lifted suspension in black and blue.

YGC president Stephen Donnell said that, with the company’s “network of retail dealers that offer industry-leading sales, parts, and service support, Yamaha and Pilotcar are better able to serve LSV-specific retail consumer and dealer partner needs by working together.”

And third, a new association with “Joyride,” a pioneering platform in the shared mobility sector that powers connected electric vehicle deployments in more than 250 global markets– from e-scooters and e-bikes to minicars and golf cars.

YGC is at booth #2643 at the PGA Show.
