Target Specialty Products announced the next Business Growth Webinar Series, “Turf Fuel Masterclass XXII: A Q&A with Industry Expert Dr. Mike Richardson on Wetting Agents, LDS, and Optimized Moisture Management.” The webinar is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 16 and designed for turf and ornamental management professionals.
In the presentation, Richardson will delve into the world of wetting agents, Lawn Disease Suppression and the importance of optimized moisture management in various applications. Richardson's extensive experience and in-depth knowledge will shed light on the intricacies of these topics and their significance in fields such as agriculture, horticulture, sports turf management, and more. Richardson is a horticulture professor at the University of Arkansas, where his research focuses on the management of warm- and cool-season turfgrass systems. Much of this work has been focused on golf course systems, but he has also worked on sports turf, lawns, and sod production. Over the past decade, his work has also included research on enhancing biodiversity in turfgrass systems and restoring native grassland habitat in the prairie regions of Arkansas. He has been recognized with numerous awards for his work, including being named a fellow in both the Crop Science Society of America and the American Society of Agronomy, and was also recognized with the Fred V. Grau Turfgrass Science Award by the Crop Science Society of America.
