
SOLitude Lake Management has added seven new members to its growing team. Aquatic service professionals Paul Conti, Emily Mayer, Jamie Cote and Brandon Tindley work directly with the company’s growing clientele to provide sustainable solutions for lake, pond and fisheries management. Joe Onorato, Yvette Gomez and Griffin Lang join the team to support business development and operations as the company continues to expand its footprint.
Paul Conti is an environmental scientist at SOLitude Lake Management, where he serves New England’s south region covering Massachusetts and Connecticut. Conti regularly performs vegetation surveys and works with each client to determine the best possible lake and pond management solutions to meet their individual needs. He graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a bachelor of science degree in biology, and then went on to earn his master of science degree in environmental science from Drexel University.
Emily Mayer, aquatic biologist at SOLitude, is based in Hackettstown, N.J. Mayer is a member of the biology team and provides clients with an array of lake and pond management solutions to help them prevent water quality problems and maintain a healthy, balanced and beautiful aquatic ecosystem. She attended Centenary College and earned her bachelor of science degree in biology with a concentration in environmental science.
Jamie Cote, mechanical operations specialist in New England, works in mechanical
project management and performs various operational duties such as hydro-raking and mechanical harvesting. Cote has a strong attention to detail and is also skilled to repair and maintain the mechanical equipment he uses. Before joining SOLitude, he owned a construction company that focused specifically on the restoration of homes built during the 18th and 19th centuries.
Brandon Tindley joined SOLitude’s Mid-Atlantic team as an aquatic specialist and provides clients in the region with sustainable solutions for the management of their aquatic resources. Tindley is a certified aquatic pesticide applicator in Delaware. Prior to joining SOLitude, he worked at an environmental consulting firm for ten years servicing the entire Delmarva Peninsula.
Joe Onorato, based out of Shrewsbury, Mass., joins SOLitude as a business development specialist. As a member of the company’s growing sales team, Onorato is responsible for building new relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. He earned his bachelor of science degree in legal studies from Roger Williams University. Prior to coming to SOLitude, Onorato spent six years as a top-performing sales representative for PepsiCo-Frito Lay.
Yvette Gomez and Griffin Lang support the business operations team and work out of SOLitude’s Virginia Beach office. Yvette Gomez, business operations analyst, supports our service management system and assists with purchasing, inventory and the processing of service contracts to ensure all client work is completed properly. Before joining SOLitude, Gomez was a member of the IT department at a Fortune 500 company based out of Chesapeake, Va. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Griffin Lang, business support specialist, assists with all aspects of daily business administration and operations and the processing of service contracts. Lang recently graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
