Moghu Research Center and Moghu USA announce that PoaCure is registered in the State of New York. The State of New York requires a buffer zone of 100 feet of any water body that connects with any offsite water bodies such as a freshwater lake, pond, river, stream or wetland when PoaCure is applied. In addition, PoaCure may only be purchased and used by a certified applicator in New York State.
PoaCure is now approved for use in 47 states. As of July 28, 2021, California is the only state that the registration is in review.
