Parkland Golf & Country Club in Parkland, Florida has selected Troon to manage various aspects of its operations. The Parkland Golf & Country Club Foundation recently acquired the sports club and golf club from Toll Golf.
Troon Privé, the private club operating division of Troon, will oversee golf and sports club operations, food & beverage operations as well golf course agronomy and club/membership marketing.
Located between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Parkland Golf & Country Club is a premier private community with a full suite of club amenities for residents. The Greg Norman Signature Design course, which measures 7,118 yards and opened for member play in 2004, winds through the 792-acre community. The 43,000-square-foot Sports and Social Club includes numerous other amenities.
“Parkland Golf & Country Club is a spectacular community with an active, family-oriented membership,” said Ricardo Catarino, vice president of operations for Troon. “We are thrilled to be working with the board and HOA as we look to further elevate the member and guest experiences at both the golf club and sports club.”
The modern Tuscan-style clubhouse features Ninety-One, a restaurant named in honor of Norman’s professional victories.
