Landscapes Unlimited promoted Dave Linngren to senior vice president — West Region.

A valued member of the Landscapes Unlimited team for more than 20 years, Linngren is widely respected by golf course owners, architects and superintendents for his strategic thinking, creativity and fiscal prudency. His management of programs and teams across new builds and renovations of golf courses, country clubs and resorts spans budgets from $50,000 to $15 million.

Linngren joined Landscapes Unlimited in 1999 as an intern, ascending to assistant construction superintendent, lead superintendent and project manager, overseeing development of several of America’s more prestigious golf courses and popular neighborhood layouts. He also holds deep knowledge of construction of clubhouses and other vertical structures.

“Landscapes Unlimited’s collaborative culture and unwavering focus on producing high-quality results on time and on budget is second to none,” Linngren said. “We are as professional as they come, exceeding expectations by treating golf course, country club and resort owners’ projects and money like it’s our very own.”

Landscapes Unlimited chief development officer Jake Riekstins added that the words that best describe Linngren are trust, reliability and relatability: “His wealth of experience, business logic and technical skills guide clients along appropriate development and construction paths that deliver ‘wow’ member and guest experiences.”
