Landscapes Unlimited promotes Arndt

Landscapes Unlimited appointed Ty Arndt to senior program manager of its Project Development Group. A 35-year Landscapes Unlimited veteran, Arndt is regarded as one of the golf industry’s more knowledgeable and creative turnkey project management executives.

Arndt’s transition to a new role further advances LU’s project oversight effectiveness leading fully integrated capital strategies, master planning, pre-construction, total project development and a host of solutions for golf courses, state-of-the-art practice facilities, golf entertainment venues, lodging, clubhouses and other amenities.

After graduating from the University of Nebraska School of Architecture, Arndt started as a construction foreman, subsequently managing and implementing nearly every function required to take projects from ideas and concepts to celebrated venues globally. Over the years, he worked on courses designed by Ben Crenshaw, Tom Fazio, Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Arnold Palmer, Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Tom Watson, playing a pivotal role bringing to life Cascata Golf Club, Colorado Golf Club, Karsten Creek Golf Club, Red Sky Ranch, The Broadmoor and many others.
