KemperSports announced a partnership with Swansea Country Club to manage their semi-private 18-hole golf course and nine-hole par-3 course in Swansea, Massacheusetts. Located just outside of Providence, Rhode Island, Swansea Country Club is a retreat of natural beauty with tree-lined fairways as it meanders alongside the Palmer River.
“We are very excited to partner with KemperSports to lead operations at Swansea Country Club,” Swansea Country Club president Larry Doyle said. “Their experience in operating semi-private properties in the Northeast will lead to a bright future at the club.”
Located on a former private hunting and fishing preserve, Swansea Country Club was built in 1963 by golf course architect Geoffrey Cornish. Since that time, the club has gone through extensive renovations and additions, including the opening of a par-3 course in 2001.
“Swansea County Club is a popular semi-private golf facility with a rich history,” KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner said. “We look forward to working ownership to enhance the customer experience and remain a top destination for local golfers.”
