Textron Specialized Vehicles Launches Jacobsen Parts 365 Program

Initiative will support equipment with parts on the ground at participating golf facilities, 365 days a year.

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is launching a new Parts 365 program for Jacobsen professional turf-care equipment, which will support equipment with parts on the ground at participating golf facilities, 365 days a year. The Parts 365 program will be an option for all new orders of Jacobsen equipment across the United States served by Jacobsen’s factory-direct sales team.

The Parts 365 program will ensure that new Jacobsen equipment is supported with commonly consumed parts located at a customer’s facility. The parts inventory is owned by Jacobsen with no overhead expense to the customer. A premium Greenlee® cabinet will house the parts inventory and will be maintained by the TechForce™ Service Technician. For easy organization, the Parts 365 program also provides stocking lists, labels, a dry-erase board and suggested layout.

The program is simple. When a part is used by a facility, the customer will order and pay for a replacement part to restock the cabinet. The TechForce technician will conduct an inventory of the cabinet on each visit to ensure the cabinet remains stocked as needed.

“The Parts 365 program will allow our customers to have the parts they need on demand, helping them maintain productivity and streamline the parts ordering process,” said Michael Parkhurst, Vice President, Golf for Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc., which designs and manufactures Jacobsen turf-care equipment. The company also manufactures E-Z-GO® golf cars and Cushman® utility vehicles under its Textron Golf family of brands.

The Parts 365 Program is backed by TechForce, the golf industry’s largest network of factory-direct service technicians.
