KemperSports has been selected by the Heritage Shores Home Owner’s Association to manage Heritage Shores Golf Club in Bridgeville, Delaware. KemperSports will aim to deliver a best-in-class golf experience through premier course conditions, innovative programming and a revamped event calendar, helping to solidify Heritage Shores’ place among Delaware’s top semi-private courses.
“KemperSports brings proven expertise and an unrivaled passion that will help us immensely in elevating Heritage Shores into the golf club we know it can be,” HSHOA president Amanda Lacy said. “For more than 40 years, their name has been synonymous with quality, and we are excited to bring their unrivaled commitment to service to our members and guests.”
Heritage Shores was designed by Arthur Hills and opened in 2007. The par-72, links-style layout stretches just over 7,000 yards and weaves through a 55-and-over active lifestyle community half an hour from Delaware’s beaches. The club also features one of Southern Delaware’s top practice facilities that includes a two-acre, all-grass range, putting green and multiple short game areas.
“Heritage Shores is a premier semi-private course set in a great community,” KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner said. “We are excited to once again be working with Brookfield Residential and the Heritage Shores Homeowners’ Association to take Heritage Shores to new heights for members and guests through our passion for delivering first-class service.”
The semi-private club joins White Clay Creek Country Club as the second Delaware facility in KemperSports’ portfolio, and Swan Point Yacht & Country Club in Issue, Maryland, as the second Brookfield Residential golf course to be managed by the company.
