Our old buddy Joe Wachter is once again displaying his incredible communication skills but now it’s in his blog, Glen Echo Country Club Golf Course Management.
Joe does a great job using photos to document everything from storm damage to improvement projects around the venerable St. Louis club. He puts a special emphasis on programs that are particularly meaningful to all members, like landscaping non-golf areas and annual flower and plant sales.
The posts are clear, effective and written with his usual flair. Joe has brought one of the oldest clubs west of the Mississippi right to the forefront of the digital age. This is a great one for any aspiring blogger/superintendent to emulate…and that’s why Glen Echo is our Super Blog of the Month.
