Attention builders, courses and superintendents.
Golf Course Industry, in conjunction with the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA), is accepting submissions for the 2012 Builder Excellence Awards.
The program recognizes GCBAA builder members in five award categories:
- CREATIVE AWARD -- For best new construction
- HERITAGE AWARD -- For best reconstruction (i.e., a complete redevelopment of an existing course)
- LEGACY AWARD -- For best renovation (i.e., a smaller project in which areas of a course have been changed or updated)
- AFFINITY AWARD -- For best environmental project (i.e., an Audubon-certified course or one in which a builder has done more work with the environment than an average course)
- BEST INTERNATIONAL PROJECT -- New in 2012! Best overall new course or renovation project done outside the United States.

Entry form/fee deadline is Monday, April 16. Submission deadline is Friday, May 18.
