Green Golf Partners, the Indianapolis-based golf course management company, has announced that an agreement has been reached with the Town of Belleair, Fla., to lease the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club. At a meeting on January 15th the Town Commission unanimously approved a 10 year lease agreement.
Designed by world-famous architect Donald Ross, the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club has been a classic American favorite since 1925. The 18 hole, championship golf course has a national reputation for its strategic design and playability and is a beloved treasure to the local community.
The Town of Belleair purchased the Belleview Biltmore in 2013 and has vowed to preserve the natural beauty that has become a local treasure for many years. Belleair Mayor, Gary Katica, commented that “Green Golf has been an honorable partner from the moment the town purchased the course and I know they are the right group to oversee the course now and in the future.”
