Foley Company announced on its blog that it will be constructing a new headquarters on a 12-acre site in Prescott, Wisconsin. The 67,000-square-foot facility will feature 55,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 12,000 square feet of office space.
The headquarters will include a showroom displaying Foley’s full product line and a state-of-the-art training center to enhance educational programs.
“We can’t thank the city of Prescott, Wisconsin, enough for all of their assistance in getting this deal done,” Foley CEO and President Paul Rauker said. “Our entire team at Foley is excited to make the move to the great community of Prescott.”
Construction will commence late in the first quarter of 2020, with completion scheduled for the early fourth quarter.
