‘Blending’ of businesses

The parent company Faulks Brothers Construction Inc. and divisions of SportZmix Solutions and Waupaca Sand and Solutions are happy to announce the acquisition of Kempker Greens Mix Blending to the team, which became official April 15, 2023.

Kempker Greens Mix Blending has more than 32 years of soil blending and custom processing materials for both sand plant partners as well as golf and sports field contractors. Based in Eugene. Missouri, Dan Kempker is the owner and president.

“I'm really excited about merging the two companies,” Kempker said. “It brings two businesses together that have the most blending experience in the industry. I believe this will provide better service to our customers and the golf industry in general.” 

SportZmix Solutions manager Ellen Davis said: “We have the unique opportunity to build upon both of our strong businesses, recognized brands, quality services and continue to be the leading custom soil blending company.  This acquisition ensures our mutual commitment to our valued customers, and continued investment in those relationships that we have each earned”.

To ensure a smooth transition, Jon Faulks added: “Dan will become part of the Faulks Family and continue to service and support his existing customers and sand plant partners. The merger will drive greater innovation, better customer service and bottom-line efficiencies The two companies will continue to work together to maintain their unique but overlapping services.
