Envu releases booth theme and Phoenix plans

Discussions about existing and looming solutions, photos with Flyaway Geese dogs, and a Green Start Academy reunion among the company’s GCSAA Conference and Trade Show activities.

The Envu Golf team announced it will be using its time at the 2024 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show to help superintendents and their teams handle the unexpected.

“As the world’s largest standalone environmental science company, we are focused on innovating new agronomic solutions to help golf course superintendents master the unpredictability they face every year,” said Mark Ford, campaign activation manager for golf at Envu. “At GCSAA, we are going to demonstrate how we deliver innovation with a fun and engaging booth experience. We encourage attendees to visit with us at our booth #1150 to see this in person and ask questions.”

Envu Golf is a GCSAA Gold Partner and will have a significant presence at this year’s event:

Expert agronomic advice: The Green Solutions Team will share expertise and provide information about the challenges golf course superintendents face in their agronomic zones, and what treatments are best. Envu will also provide an inside look at the most innovative solutions in the industry. In addition to providing details about new products launching later this year, Envu representatives will be available to discussing existing solutions, including:

  • Resilia root health solution
  • Stressgard brand fungicides
  • Tetrino insecticide

Flyaway Geese photos and giveaways: There will also be fun daily giveaways with a spin-to-win wheel and opportunities for attendees to take photos with dogs from Flyaway Geese, an organization that trains elite dogs as a solution for humanely moving unwanted wildlife from golf courses. Envu is sponsoring a grand prize giveaway of a Flyaway Geese dog to a golf course superintendent.

Green Start Academy reunion: Envu, along with John Deere and Rain Bird, will be co-hosting a reunion of all Green Start Academy participants and mentors. There will be a celebration of the 2023 class at 2 p.m., Jan. 31 on the main stage. The leadership and development program graduated its 18th class this past December. Assistant golf course superintendents are encouraged to apply for the 2024 program in the summer.

Innovation at work: Envu experts will take the main stage at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 1 for an educational session about leveraging Envu innovations to match weather curveballs.

Happy Hour: Attendees can join the Envu team at booth #1150 to celebrate another successful GCSAA and stick around to meet the Flyaway Geese dogs.

“We at Envu are proud to be GCSAA Gold Partner,” Ford said. “We love coming back to GCSAA every year to reconnect with our friends from across the industry. We are looking forward to showcasing our innovations while providing opportunities for education and entertainment. Stay tuned for more!”
