“Landscapes Golf Management understands what it takes to successfully operate country clubs,” said Paul Miles, president of the Cress Creek board of directors. “Our members will enjoy their experiences even more resulting from the company’s involvement in critical areas of the business.”
“Cress Creek is a storied private club with high standards,” Landscapes Golf Management president Tom Everett said. “Our team is working behind the scenes with on-site leaders to help elevate club infrastructure and efficiencies, and optimize deliverables to members.”
Cress Creek was founded in 1963 and is surrounded by a residential community. Significant improvements to the golf course, aquatics center, clubhouse, dining venues and tennis facilities have been made along the way. Central to the club is its 18-hole, par 72 golf course that stretches from 5,973 to 6,833 yards from four sets of tees. The parkland layout features gently contoured terrain with trees framing holes and sporadic water features.
Landscapes Golf Management now counts more than 55 courses and clubs across 20 states in its portfolio.
