ClubCorp has announced the acquisition of Marsh Creek Country Club, a premier private country club in St. Augustine, Fla. ClubCorp plans a capital project that will bring new amenities, improvements and upgrades to the club.

Marsh Creek Country Club marks the 10th club acquired by ClubCorp in the past 13 months. The company’s presence in the Jacksonville area also includes Deercreek Country Club, Queen’s Harbour Yacht and Country Club and the University Club of Jacksonville located in the heart of downtown, as well as LPGA International in Daytona Beach.

O'Steen also is the founder and chairman of the PARC Group, the developer of Nocatee, Pablo Creek Reserve, Crosswater at Pablo Bay and other prominent northeast Florida communities.
Marsh Creek features an 18-hole golf course, situated between the gated community homes and natural marshland, designed by former PGA touring professional, Mark McCumber. Amenities include a clubhouse offering upscale and casual dining, Tennis Center with 10 Har-Tru clay courts (six of which are lighted for night play), fitness and aerobics rooms, pool and private event space.
Marsh Creek members will be able to enjoy ClubCorp's unique O.N.E. program, which provides value-oriented benefits at the member's Home Club, in addition to their Community and Worldwide including complimentary green fees and complimentary dining when traveling throughout the ClubCorp Network, which now offers access to more than 300 private clubs and special offerings at more than 1,000 hotels, resorts and entertainment venues.
