BrightView Golf Maintenance has entered into a long-term maintenance partnership with The Golf Club at Cuscowilla in Eatonton, Ga.
Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee is a nationally acclaimed, private golf community carved out of 750 breathtaking acres, highlighted by the spectacular golf course designed by the Coore/Crenshaw Design Team. Drawing from the natural beauty of the surroundings, Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw created some of their finest work at Cuscowilla.
“I am very pleased with our new relationship with BrightView Golf Maintenance,” said Jarrod Clark, general manager of Cuscowilla. “We look forward to BrightView’s team of experts elevating the conditions of this outstanding golf course and enhancing our members’ overall golf experience. I’m confident that BrightView will maintain the course to reflect the vision of Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore and how they intended the course to play every day.”
The golf course was designed with minimal disturbance to native grass and growth, and the layout seamlessly integrates holes with lake-front views, vast areas of native Bluestem grass, and towering Georgia pines.
“This is a special and unique golf property and a renowned golf club in Georgia” said Terry McGuire, vice president and general manager at BrightView. “We are looking forward to working with this great partner to continually elevate the course conditions and make The Golf Club at Cuscowilla one of the finest private golf clubs in the country.”
