Atlantic Golf & Turf has named David Silva its new sales support manager. Silva’s extensive experience in distribution, logistics and product expertise will improve Atlantic’s ability to service its customers throughout the Northeast.
In addition to supporting the sales staff and assisting with procurement and logistics, Silva will be responsible for bringing a new seed blending operation on line, expanding Atlantic’s capability of providing high quality custom grass seed mixes and blends to the green industry throughout the Northeast.
Silva’s previous experience includes being a location manager for Winfield Solutions as well as stints with Turflinks, Lesco and Lofts/Pennington throughout his 25-year career in the green industry. He will be based out of Atlantic Golf & Turf’s headquarters in Turners Falls, Mass.
