Fairway Advisors has announced the sale of Teravista Golf Club located in Round Rock, Texas. The highly regarded Clifton-Ezell-Clifton-designed course was sold to TV Texas Management Company LLC.
"Teravista attracted significant interest from a wide spectrum of potential purchasers,” Fairway Advisors president Jeff Davis said. “Investors recognized the club has untapped market share even though it hosts more than 44,000 annual rounds. As Round Rock and Austin continue to grow, the property will capture additional players and annual members.”
Fairway Advisors represented the seller in the transaction, NNP- Teravista, LLC. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
