GCI is pleased to introduce you to the newest member of the Golf Course Industry team.
Kyle Brown started last week as an associate editor on Golf Course Industry. For the last two years, Kyle has been serving as a contributing editor for GCI and other GIE Media publications. Editorial Director and Publisher Pat Jones says Kyle was a natural fit for the GCI team. "Kyle seemed to be willing to put up with our antics here at GCI Galactic HQ, so that made him a natural fit for our team," Jones says. "Kyle is also a talented writer and editor with an affinity for how digital and print media can come together to provide our readers with a superior product. His philosophies were very much in line with a lot of the work we've begun recently with our digital offerings and that continues to evolve here at GCI."
A native of Northeast Ohio, Kyle is a graduate of Kent State University and has worked as a staff writer and copy editor for a local suburban weekly and as a correspondent for the Akron Beacon Journal. And just to clear up any rumors, Kyle says he is not related to NFL great Jim Brown, pop star Bobby Brown or best-selling author Dan Brown.
Make sure you add Kyle to your media contact lists:
