OnGolf has named Manda Koss as vice president of sales. Koss brings successful experience in building inside and external sales teams with early stage technology companies. She previously served as the Global Vice President of Inside Sales at ThingWorx, a PTC business in Exton, Pa.
“OnGolf is pleased to have someone of Manda’s stature and operational expertise join our team,” OnGolf CEO Walt Norley said. “This is a key position for OnGolf as we look to expand our roster of clients in North America in 2015 and next year as we enter selective international markets.”
In her new role, Koss will manage all North American sales efforts in 2015, including channels into golf course superintendents, general managers, regional sales representation and national account relationships with golf course management and owner operator companies.
At ThingWorx, Koss boosted the company pipeline by $19 million dollars in less than a year. She grew a four-person team to over 25 throughout her time with ThingWorx, and introduced an inside sales strategy supporting consistent follow up, nurture campaigns and a unique consultative approach to establish core relationships with new prospects. Prior to ThingWorx, she established instrumental marketing sales strategies for a leading systems integrator – Avanceon – in Exton. In less than one year, Koss landed two multi-million dollar new business accounts for the company, and developed and executed an inside sales strategy. Prior to Advanceon, Manda served as a senior account executive at ADVANCE in King of Prussia, Pa.
Koss earned a bachelor of arts in social work from West Chester University.
